| Description: |
The intent of this Tender is to invite qualified Bidders for the rentals various equipment, tools and miscellaneous items on “an as and when required” basis. Delivery may be required to various locations within the City of Brampton. The resulting contract will give the City the ability to place orders on an “as and when required” basis in various quantities required, for the period of June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2021 (3 years) or until the contract amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The contract may be extended for an additional two, one (1) year period subject to the satisfactory performance of the vendor, budget approvals by the City, pricing and successful negotiations of both parties for each and every subsequent year.
