South Fletcher's Sportsplex project involves multiple renovation scopes including but not
limited to renovation to existing 2nd floor, renovations to rink 1
to accommodate new sledge hockey and accessibility upgrade, replacement of
dasher boards for rink 2, replacement of pool slide stairs, replacement of
ground floor sliding partition, various exterior improvements, new BAS system
integrated into existing BAS system, new Dehumidification unites for rinks 1
and 2.

Further requests for vendors to apply for inclusion on this prequalification list will not be published.

Only the General Contractors on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the prequalification list.
