The scope of work encompasses renovations at City Hall (ground floor rooms 1058 & 1059) and West Tower (ground floor room 1026).

1)  CH 1058, approximately 1,450 sq. ft., a “vanilla box” for base building fit-up, polished concrete floor,
finished walls, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. 

2)  CH 1059, approximately 1,600 sq. ft. and has the same requirements as CH 1058. 

3)  WT 1026, approximately 4,400 sq. ft., is to have a functional space to host workshops, events, guidance and consultation on a variety of issues to entrepreneurs in all industry sectors, electrical, mechanical, storage space,
kitchenette, business center, whiteboards, light fixtures and A/V, training room, flexible work area, carpet, finished polished flooring.

All three spaces to have security, barrier free washrooms and modular design elements that will allow for flexibility of the space for future additions and improvement. Estimated completion date is March 15, 2019 for work in West Tower and July 31, 2019 for work in City Hall.
