The City is seeking to hire a Contractor for the construction of the new Embleton Recreation Centre. The Embleton Recreation Centre will provide the Bram West community with a multi-use, multi-seasonal facility that will accommodate multi-generational programming. Stemming from the needs identified in the Parks and Recreation Master Plan (2017), at approximately 165,000 sq.ft., the Recreation Centre will consist of an aquatics facility, gymnasium, fitness centre and community spaces, complemented by a number of outdoor recreational amenities. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be by Fall 2026. |
