The purpose of this bid call is to select landscape architect and design consultant team for development Sandalwood Heights Adventure Park. The selected Vendor will oversee the final visioning, detail design, tender document preparation and contract administration to develop and implement the project. The scope includes landscape architecture, civil engineering and custom playground and outdoor recreational facilities for 3.5ha park, and, the architectural design and engineering for 150m2 community building.
