To provide labour, material, equipment necessary to supply and install carpet and resilient flooring at Rose Theatre. The resilient floor is ten years old and is coming to the end of its life expectancy due to the high usage in the Secondary Hall area. The carpet has reached the end of its service life and requires full replacement. The current state is unsightly and there is a risk to public safety due to trip hazards. Substantial completion is November 30, 2022.
