This procurement is required to support the Building and By-Law Enforcement Divisions in their need for additional administration and training space to accommodate staff growth, and improve service delivery. Lack of adequate office space to meet operational needs and projected staff growth may result in an increased risk to the timely delivery of public services. Additional space to facilitate specialized training will also improve service delivery by both By-Law Enforcement and Building Division staff, and will assist in streamlining processes during onboarding and training of new and existing staff. Substantial Performance of Work shall be by March 30, 2025 |
