The objective of this Bid call is to invite Contractors for the replacement of Mechanical Equipment of following at Terry Miller Recreation Centre:

  1. Gas fired boilers – 3 units  (2 heating boilers and 1 domestic water heater)
  2. Hot water storage tank – 1 unit
  3. Hydronic unit heaters – 4 units
  4. Exhaust fans – 3 units

The City expects that Contractors have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications.
