The City of Brampton is seeking established real estate advisory and brokerage firms to provide real estate advisory and brokerage services, on an “as required” basis, for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. These properties may include, and are not limited to, industrial, commercial, institutional, and/or substantial residential properties. |
