***REGISTRATION TO BID NOT REQUIRED*** The Corporation of the City of Brampton (“City”), through its City Planning & Design Division, invites Proponents to this Expression of Interest (“EOI”) for the redevelopment and revitalization of the lands informally known as the “Heritage Theatre Block”, herein referred to as “Subject Land”, located at 70-86 Main Street North, Brampton, Ontario. The registered owner for the subject lands is the City of Brampton. This EOI seeks to identify appropriately qualified organizations to submit a proposal for a long-term agreement with the City of Brampton to undertake a substantial development investment for the Heritage Theatre Block.
