RFP 2024-226 Design-Build & Maintenance of One Air Supported Fabric Structure & One Field House Building for a Cricket Pitch at Earnscliffe Community Centre. Earnscliffe Design-Build Project involves an Owner’s Advisor as required in the CCDC 14 contract documents. The scope of work for the owner’s advisor is to include, but not be limited to the following: Payment Certifier for the Design Build General Contractor progress draws. Peer review and provide comments on the design and construction documentation provided by the Design-Build Team at key milestones. Conduct the necessary inspections to ensure that the work will be completed in compliance with the Design-Build contract, good engineering practices, and to ensure the documents meet the City Standards, resulting in a good value to the City. Construction Contract Administration Services. Commissioning and Close out of the entire project. Work (including warranty) completion date June 1st, 2026, plus the two year warranty period. Scope of work does not include the dismantling and reinstallation of the dome seasonal dome |
