At the March 27, 2024 Special City Council meeting staff were directed to install traffic calming measures including speed cushions at 200 locations citywide. The scope of work to be undertaken within the terms of this contract including the implementation of physical traffic calming measures, including speed cushions, at various locations throughout the City. Interested contractors must possess the necessary experience, qualifications, and resources to meet the requirements outlined in this procurement statement. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the City. The City of Brampton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid document and received by the City no later than the closing date and time specified in the bid document. Substantial completion is October 31, 2025. |
