The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information that includes an approach and work plan describing the necessary tasks to advance the preliminary planning principles and design directions for the Queen Street East Corridor to a stage where the City has a Queen Street East Master Plan Implementation Strategy. This strategy will outline the requirements to develop lands along Queen Street East, including the required public infrastructure and land acquisition, phasing, funding mechanisms and incentives that are required to facilitate and streamline development within the City’s Urban Growth Centre. This detailed master planning exercise will support City staff with the preparation and implementation of an effective and successful Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) By-law. |
