The West Tower parking garage has been in operation for nearly 10 years and maintenance type repairs are required to ensure the parking structure is able to provide a full service life. A Condition Assessment report was completed and found actively leaking cracks, deteriorated concrete and deteriorated waterproofing. It is recommended to carry out epoxy injections at cracks, localized concrete repairs and localized waterproofing repairs. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be completed by September 2, 2024. |
