Facility staff have reported several water leaks which prompted a building envelope investigation by the building science consulting firm, OHE Consultants. As per their recommendation more urgent roof repairs were carried out as an emergency project in 2018. Less urgent curtain wall leaks were recommended to be carried out as a capital state-of-good-repair project. The objective of the bid call is to invite contractors to bid on the project to perform the work as specified in specifications and drawings for Gore Meadows Community Center, 10150 The Gore Roads Substantial completion is expected by October 30, 2023 |
