The CAA Centre roof , the upper Built-up Roof (BUR) systems over the three rink areas (approximate 92,700 ft2) are over 27 years old and have reached the end of their life span resulting in localized failure and resulting in interior water damage and mould. The roof needs to be replaced and it with a new roof assembly. Work should be completed by December 2025.
