The Public Works Repair Contract – Brampton East is for the provision of Right-of-Way Infrastructure Repairs and Road Repair Work on the City’s East Side. Locations of repair are completed on an as required basis and will not be in one (1) work area, rather, repairs are scattered throughout the east side of the City varying in size and scope. There is no minimum size (area) for projects. The contract is for a two (2) year period with the option to be extended for three (3) one (1) year periods. The initial term of the contract is Two (2) year period with the option to be extended for three (3) one (1) year periods Year One (1) Contract start April 24, 2023 end December 31, 2023 Year Two (2) Contract start January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 Optional Renewal Year (1) Contract start January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 Optional Renewal Year (2) Contract start January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 Optional Renewal Year (3) Contract start January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 |
