Energy Management section is looking for a comprehensive web-based Utility Bill Management (UBM) system and service. The main utility data includes electricity, water, and natural gas from approximately 6,000 utility bill per year. The UBM system and service shall capture all billing information (every line item and data point) from utility bills into a data management system on a timely basis. The UBM system shall store all the utility bills for easy access. The UBM system will have analytical capability and a graphical interface and the ability to output data to common software, such as Microsoft Excel. The UBM system must include the three broad functions: compilation, maintenance, and analysis (trending, charts, normalization of weather; etc.) of utility data.
