To hire two (2) Engineering Consultants to provide material testing and geotechnical investigation services for various capital projects for, but not limited to, Road operations, Road Resurfacing, Capital Construction Projects, Excess soil management, and Engineering. The material testing and geotechnical investigation services are required for majority of Capital Works projects to confirm soil type, hydrogeological conditions, environment contamination, and quality assurance during construction. The geotechnical investigations and inspections help to mitigate risk and avoid unforeseen ground conditions.
