The objective of this RFP is to hire a qualified Architect to design and contract administration for the addition and renovation of Balmoral Recreation Centre - Addition and Renovation at 225 Balmoral Drive, Brampton. The City expects that Architect have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications. Bidders to complete the Design by December 31, 2020.
