The purpose of this procurement is to hire a contractor to remove and dispose of the existing dehumidifier, install a new pool dehumidifier with hydronic heating, install glycol hydronic system for the dehumidifier, modify the change room supply duct by penetration in the roof and rerouting ductwork, connect the dehumidifier to the building automation system (BAS) and other associated building changes as per the drawings at Century Gardens Recreation Centre, 340 Vodden Street East, Brampton, ON The substantial performance of work is expected by September 14, 2025. |
