The objective of this Bid call is to invite prequalified Contractors to bid on the renovation of the Election Office at 175 Sandalwood Parkway. Relocate the Election Office from 12 Rutherford to the first floor at 175 Sandalwood. Administration area to be set up with 20 workstations, meeting room, and kitchenette (no sink). In an adjacent meeting room, build an IT (tabulator room) with electrical reels and laptop room both with added security features. I.T. cabling and equipment to be updated as required to meet City of Brampton standards. In the basement, a large storage room is to be secured and set up as required. The adjacent smaller room to be secured with a wall dividing space for ballots, card reader access and camera. Adjacent to the warehouse, create space for new election cabinets. The room is to be secured. Substantial completion of work shall be by September 30th 2025 |
