Vendor will supply and deliver genuine Cummins Engine Repair Parts on an "as and when required" basis for a three (3) year period. Vendor shall provide blanket price discount percentage on list price based on estimated annual procurement value for year 1, 2 & 3 and price discount percentage shall be held firm for the term of Contract. It is the City’s intent to award this Contract to two (2) Bidders as defined below in order to ensure a constant supply of the products required by the City of Brampton 1) Primary Contractor – The lowest eligible Bidder will be awarded 80% of its total Bid price. 2) Secondary Contractor – The second lowest eligible Bidder will be awarded 20% of its total Bid price. |
