The objective of this Bid call is to invite contractors to bid on the addition and renovation of Chinguacousy Curling and Tennis Building located at 9050 Bramlea Tennis Club. It will provide an approximately 80 sq. m. (861 sq. ft) addition to the existing Curling club and Tennis facility at Chinguacousy Park. The addition will provide the tennis club with a dedicated space for their members from May to September. From October through April, the addition will be used as part of the whole City run facility. Substantial Performance of Work shall be by November 30, 2023 |
