The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to develop a Funding Opportunities Assessment for the City’s Climate Change Adaptation Plan. The Assessment will provide detailed information on the implications of the cost of the Plan including costing of actions, prioritizing actions based on current available funding, identifying sources of funding, funding gaps and resource required, along with evaluating funding opportunities the City should take advantage of. The Assessment will allow the City to better understand the financial and resource implications of implementing the Plan. It is anticipated to be completed in 6-9-month period.
