To procure the services of anArchitectural Design Consultant (the “Prime Consultant” or “Prime Architect”) to develop the design and administer the construction contract for the Flower City Community Campus (“FCCC”) units 1 and 2 addition, located within the grounds of the Flower City Community Campus, 8850 McLaughlin Rd South. The City expects that the Architect will have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications.
