The City of Brampton requires Prime Consulting services for the design and contract administration for Williams Parkway Operations Centre Phase 3 – Alteration and Site Development, located within 1975 Williams Parkway. The consultant’s mandate shall be managed by a Project Manager with a strong background in design and construction administration for site alteration and development of work yards, parking lots and bin disposal areas. The Prime Consultant shall carry out the full extent of professional services and will retain specialty sub-consultants as required as part of the work. The Roads and Maintenance division has identified the need to install block heaters to prevent their vehicles/trucks from freezing during the winter months. In addition, they identified the need for additional parking with lighting for the growing number of staff at the Chrysler campus and the need to build open exterior storage bunkers and a waste bin area. The estimated completion of the construction is May 2024.
