Facilities Management Solution for a Five Year Period. The City of Brampton is seeking the services of one or more Vendors to provide the systems, software and related services to effectively manage the City’s Facility Assets. The intended users for this software are the City of Brampton’s Building Design & Construction (BDC) and the Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM) Divisions. There are 3 solution Components included in the RFP. Bidders may bid on one or more than one Component. Component A - Asset Management and Capital Planning Component B - Project Management Component C - Operational Work Order Management
