The objective of this Bid Call No. is to invite all eligible General Contractor to bid on mechanical system refurbishment including ventilation improvements of Swimming Pool and associated dehumidifier at Cassie Campbell Community Centre. The pool dehumidifier was installed in 2008 and some components have exceeded their useful life expectancies. It is thus recommended to replace the outdated components to avoid risk of potential equipment failure. In addition to the unit refurbishment, an unpleasant scent lingers around the pool area and air quality assessments have deemed the air quality as subpar. To elevate air quality standards, the subsequent actions are planned Substantial Performance of the Work shall be by December 31, 2026. |
