To establish Vendors of Record for hiring Planning Consultants for one-year period to review planning appeals for the City of Brampton.  The scope of work will consist of undertaking the required tasks associated with the appeal
process, including, but not limited to:

- Review of the file and background information;

- Developing professional planning opinions and consultation / correspondence with Counsel, Municipal Staff, Councillors, etc.;

- Preparation of document books, exhibits, witness statements and evidence outlines;

- Attendance at meetings, conference calls, etc.; and

- Preparation for and attendance at the Ontario Municipal Board to provide expert opinion
evidence.

This procurement is subject to CETA and CFTA.
