To hire an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to provide a comprehensive turnkey energy retrofit for the Susan Fennell Sportsplex Facility to achieve zero carbon operations (100% GHG emissions reduction).
The ESCO shall be fully responsible for the design, implementation, commissioning, measurement and verification (M&V), and performance guarantee for the Project. |
