Description: 

The project entails a comprehensive, full-depth excavation and reconstruction of Mill Lane, transitioning to a flexible pavement structure (Urbanized cross-section). Additionally, it includes the installation of a new stormwater management system and the replacement of the existing water main. The anticipated completion date for the construction is September 2025.
