The Request for Proposal Call is for a project comprising the development and delivery of a Customer Experience (CX) Strategy that will serve as the corporate blueprint for customer centricity.  The CX Strategy will provide a framework that includes guiding principles and standards, that will drive service quality, goals, baseline performance measurements, enhance employee and customer experiences, and promote lateral and vertical CX alignment across the organization.
