To provide contract administration and inspection services for Cottrelle Boulevard Extension, Humberwest Parkway to Goreway Drive project (T2022-208). The work of this Contract involves administering, coordinating and inspection services for the Cottrelle Boulevard Extension between Humberwest Parkway and Goreway Drive (City of Brampton’s Tender Document: T2022-208). The Consultant shall carry out coordination with various agencies, which include, but not limited to, the City of Brampton; Region of Peel: Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF); Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA); Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP); DFO; Alectra Utilities; Bell Canada; Rogers; Enbridge Gas; Hydro One Networks Inc. etc. The consultant shall perform contract administration duties and monitor the project construction to ensure it was complete in accordance with the City’s agreements with other agencies. The Consultant shall ensure that the conditions on the agreements are met. Construction is anticipated to start in Fall 2022 and substantial completion is Fall 2025. Warranty period is 2 years after substantial completion.
