To provide preventative and demand maintenance services for HVAC equipment at various City of Brampton Facilities for a three (3) year period. The maintenance program will provide services over 97 locations; the program shall ensure that all critical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are functionally reliable, meet and or exceed all Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation and regulations and Security and Life Safety Codes, and maximizes the life cycle costs of all equipment and systems in an efficient and effective manner.
