Preventative and Demand Maintenance Services for HVAC Equipment at City Facilities for an Initial Three (3) Year Period, with the option to renew for two (2) optional one-year periods. The maintenance program will provide services to 140 locations in various City locations; the program shall ensure that all critical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functionally reliable, meet and or exceed all Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation, regulations, Security and Life Safety Codes, and maximizes the life cycle costs of all equipment and systems in an efficient and effective manner.
