To Provide Preventative and Demand maintenance services includes scheduled inspections & calibrations, and, day to day requirements for repair/ modifications as required on demand basis for all Quatrosense (QEL) sensors (Group One) and Honeywell/ Opera/ Logic/ QEL/ MSA/ Vulcain/Veris sensors (Group Two) at city wide facilities in Brampton, Ontario. This Contract will be in effect for a three (3) year initial term period from February 2022 to February 2025 and may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to budget approval, satisfactory performance, pricing and successful negotiations of both parties. |
