Description: 

The Intent of this Prequalification is to qualify a list of Landscape General Contractors to bid on the Gore Meadows Community Park project.  A list of all prequalified Bidders will be included in the Bid Documents of this project with an estimated construction value of $38,000,000.00.  Only Bidders who successfully prequalify will be permitted to submit bids and perform work on these projects. The Contractor, once awarded a contract by the City, will be fully responsible for the implementation of the project. 

Prequalification period will be only for the Gore Meadows Community Park Project.
