To provide contract administration duties and inspection services to monitor the Goreway Drive Grade Separation and Improvement construction Project (T2022-181) including watermain, sanitary sewer and CNR grade separation installation to ensure it is completed in accordance with the City’s agreements with other agencies. Anticipated start of construction is November 2022. Substantial completion is expected to be November 30, 2023 plus a 2-year warranty period.
