The main objective of this procurement is to procure a replacement computer-aided dispatch and automatic vehicle location (CAD/AVL) solution for Brampton Transit, as the current CAD/AVL system is reaching end of life and the new CAD/AVL system will improve data reliability and streamline operational activities. Contract requirements include supplying all on-board equipment, cloud-based IT infrastructure & CAD/AVL solution (including maintenance and support), and professional services (design, installation, testing & training). |
