The Intent of this Request for Proposal is to qualify four Landscape Architectural firms to bid on various City capital and open space park projects. Bidders who successfully prequalify will be permitted to submit bids and perform work on projects valued up to and including $250,000.00. The Consultant, once awarded a contract by the City, will be fully responsible for the implementation of each project. The Contract Period would be from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2027 with one (1) optional two (2) year renewal. |
