The Men’s Maintenance Washroom/Change Room, which includes showers and a locker area, is in need of renovation and expansion due to an increasing number of staff. The existing driver lounge has not been renovated in over a decade and much of the finishing is original. The kitchenette is worn and does not provide adequate equipment for staff. The existing furniture needs to be replaced as it is worn and does not provide the users with a variety of seating to accommodate different needs. Substantial completion of work shall be by September 30, 2026. |
