The objective of this Pre-qualification call is to invite general contractors to submit submission to qualify to bid on Addition and Renovation of Balmoral Recreation Centre, 225 Balmoral Drive. The City expects that general contractors have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications. Substantial Performance of Work shall be by April 30, 2023
