The Construction Management Services contract will be executed in a Phased approach: Phase 1 for the design in which a Pre-Construction Services Agreement will be executed. Phase 2 for the potential early works and site development, and Phase 3 for the tendering, construction and post-construction, executing a CCDC 5B and the City’s Supplementary Conditions. Phase 2 is contingent on Steering Committee approval and Phase 3 is dependent on budget and Council approval. Target milestone dates: Phase 1: August/September 2023 to February 2024 Phase 2: TBD Phase 3: Substantial Performance in Q4 2026 and Total Completion in Q2 2027 The Construction Manager shall have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to perform all construction tasks from initial consultation and design input, mobilization, construction, project handover and warranty periods. |
