To provide all labour, material and equipment necessary to perform bridge power washing and miscellaneous graffiti removal services on an as and when required basis at various locations for a three (3) year period with the option to be extend for two (2) one-year periods.

Bridge Power Washing is performed to clean and flush salt, sand, and debris from bridge decks, barrier walls, ledges, bearing seats, and abutment walls.  Graffiti Removal is performed to remove graffiti from bridges, underpasses, walkways, wing walls, concrete watercourse channels, storm sewer outfalls, noise  walls, and anywhere else deemed necessary by the Owner.
