The objective of this pre-qualification call is to invite general contractors to submit submission to qualify to bid on Roof and Building Repairs at Century Garden Recreation Centre. The City expects that general contractors have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications.
