The objective of this Bid call is to invite Contractors to remove and replace the fire alarm system, at the Rose Theatre and Market Square Parking Garage, 1 Theatre Lane, Brampton. The existing overall fire alarm system is approximately 15 years old and has reached the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) life expectancy. Section 3.2.4 of the OBC requires a fire alarm system to be installed and to be fully functional for this type of facility to ensure the safety of building occupants. The City expects that Contractors have the ability, experience, equipment and financial stability to enable them to perform and satisfactorily complete the work as outlined in the specifications. Substantial Performance of Work shall be completed by April, 2023
