The City is seeking detailed Proposals from Construction Management firms interested in providing Construction Management services, including design review, costing, constructability review and implementation of construction service for the redevelopment of the new Williams Parkway Fire Campus (the "Project"). The Project consists of a Fire Station, an Emergency Operations Centre, Administration Headquarters and Indoor Training Facilities, within a single building of approx. 5,760 sq. M. (62,000 sq. ft.) in gross building area. There are numerous outdoor training apparatuses on the 8.82 acre site. The Project location is 425 Chrysler Road in Brampton, Ontario. |
