This RFP is Phase Two of a two-phase design competition. Only those Bidders, Architectural Firms, and their Design Teams that were pre-qualified through the Request for Prequalification of Architectural Firms for the Development of Ken Whillans Square and Garden Square (RFPQ2024-240) are invited to participate in this RFP. The RFP process is to provide full design and contract administration services for the redevelopment of Downtown Brampton’s Ken Whillans Square and Garden Square. The RFP process has submission requirements including conceptual designs for the two Squares.
