Garage Bay Capacity Study was conducted by Richmond sustainability initiatives for the site which identified additional concerns and needs considering the current and forecasted needs of the Brampton Residents. An increased number of fleet vehicles will need to be serviced in future years, aggravating the current shortage of garage bay space. As a result, the need for additional 6 bays has been identified to meet the demand for the facility located at 120 Sandalwood Parkway west, Brampton. The objective of this RFP is to hire a qualified Architectural firm to provide design and contract administration services for the construction of Sandalwood Works Yard Vehicle Maintenance Expansion Project.
